Description: A simple way to keep track of your fitness (weight, body mass index and workouts) with simple reports to keep you informed on your progress over time. Future plans include a BMI index and Heart rate index based on your weight, height, bmi and fitness level to help target workouts for strength gain, weight loss or competition.
